Passive Information Collection
Boost Agents uses persistent “cookies” to help personalize and maximize your online experience and time online. The cookie indicates that a user has previously visited the Boost Agents site, tracks user content/navigation trends, provides customized user messages and prevents users from registering more than once. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard drive by a Web page server. Cookies are not used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. These cookies are uniquely assigned to your computer, and can only be read by a Web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

Boost Agents uses your IP address to help track where you came from, what services you are using, to help us administer our web site, and to improve our services.
Third Party Links
The Boost Agents Website contains links to other sites. Although we strive to provide links to sites that have similar privacy policies and practices that respect user privacy, we are not responsible for the practices or the content of these sites.
Resumes and Third Party Information
When you submit your resume and registration information to us, your resume is hosted on our internal servers. If you apply for a job posting through the Boost Agents Website, only Boost Agents will be able to view your information and your resume. No third party organizations will have access to this information. Third parties are defined here as entities not related to Boost Agents, Boost Agents-owned subsidiaries and affiliates.
Your information (name, address, home phone number, work phone number, cellular phone number, facsimile numbers, email addresses, resume, and general contact information) may be released with your consent only, to third parties (in Canada, or other parts of the world). By registering with Boost Agents, you agree that your information may be shared with third parties upon your consent.
We do not disclose your information to anyone except as described above, including personal information, resume information, email addresses, information about your visits to the site, etc.
Boost Agents’ Use of Information
We collect and may disclose statistical information gathered as a whole (e.g. Total number of job-seekers, total number of Marketing / Design job seekers) for marketing purposes and to improve the services to our clients. However, we never disclosure information on an individual basis for such purposes. We may also use, disclose and communicate your personal information if required to do so by law including by an order of any court.
The information gathered on the Boost Agents site is used to deliver the services we offer, and to create sales opportunities. We may use the contact information that you provide in the online registration forms to contact you via. telephone, email, direct mail, or other communications regarding job opportunities, updates on the Boost Agents site (such as new Boost Agents opportunities, industry news, or services which may be of interest to you, or for telemarketing purposes.
Boost Agents uses your information internally, with other Boost Agents-owned subsidiaries and affiliates, but does not disclose your personal information to third parties, except as set forth in the following two subparagraphs:
1) We may disclose such information if legally required to do so, if requested to do so by a governmental entity or if we believe in good faith that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (b) protect the rights or property of Boost Agents or its affiliated companies; (c) prevent a crime or protect national security; or (d) protect the personal safety of users or the public.
2) We may disclose and transfer such information to a third party who acquires all or a substantial portion of Boost Agent’s business, whether such acquisition is by way of merger, consolidation or purchase of all or a substantial portion of our assets.
Should you decide that you would no longer like to be contacted by Boost Agents, please notify Boost Agents and our best efforts will be used to remove you from our contact list. If you do not wish to receive future emails from Boost Agents, please go to the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the Boost Agents email. As a result, you should not receive similar email solicitations from Boost Agents in the future.
Disclosure of Employer Information
Boost Agents does disclose portions of the company information gathered during the employer sign-up including Company Name, Location of Job, Headquarters, Annual Revenue, Web Site Address, Company Address, Stock Information without consent. This information where provided, is made available to job seekers to increase their knowledge of your firm. We do NOT disclose any contact information, or individual user information.
Boost Agents posts all job postings, listing the Employer as “CONFIDENTIAL”, where no company information is shown on the site. This will be disclosed on a personal basis to each pre-screened, interested candidate.
Access to Your Personal Information
Your personal information is stored on a secure server hosted by Boost Agents. The server resides in Boost Agent’s data center that resides in the province of Ontario, Canada.
If you have any questions at any time regarding the update or deletion of your personal information, you may obtain help by calling our support hotline at 416.900.6011 or by sending us an email with your request to Management, found on the contact us section of this website.
Boost Agents is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to Privacy Statement
If Boost Agents decides to change its Privacy Statement, we will post those changes here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and to whom we will disclose it.
Feedback & Suggestions
Boost Agents encourages feedback and suggestions for improvement. Any feedback or suggestions submitted become the property of Boost Agents. Feedback and comments may be submitted by emailing Management, found on the contact us section of this website.
